Weight Watchers.

**Warning: Not Safe for my Husband. If I am married to you please stop reading now.**

OK now that THAT'S out of the way...=D My husband has agreed to take the plunge. I am very proud of him. Both of my sister's have been on Weight Watchers and one time or another and loved it. As my husband and I have been fighting quite hard trying to work on his "above standard" weight. We've tried high protein. We've tried counting calories. No good. We have gotten NOWHERE. And when I say nowhere I mean he weighs and measures about 2 pounds and 1 inch less. Not enough to matter. Here is what I have to say...**asjidhfiaslulsvangflcfmaolslovaq DARN IT ds;onblmpvfit;pofnbslodmfcs** There are a lot of curse words involved in that sentence. He's tried Hydroxycut. He tried an enzyme pill. (I have sketchy thoughts on all of this but we were at the point where we didn't know what else to do and he had previously shot down Weight Watchers.) He was looking into an Acai berry Pill advertised on Oprah and Rachel Ray. blah blah blah. So I once again in my subtle wifey way asked nicely about trying weight watchers. You can eat real food and it gives you an idea of how much you can eat. Since we (I mean I) think that he may not be getting enough calories to support his two a day active lifestyle. Soooo. Here goes nothing. He has his points. He has his activity level. His goal is 200. I won't tell you what he's at now...just incase he ignores my warning and braves my blog.

So there you have it. We are trying. Not for the Army. They've already made it clear that they are angry. But for him. To prove to himself that he is good enough and can do it. Here we go! Wish us luck.

  1. Good Luck! It really does work and I've seen men be very successful at it. I really hope he (and you) find success in it. Keep us posted...

  2. Good luck you guys! I hope you see some results.
