The Baby Journals. Week 16,

So didja notice the big jump in week number between this and last week? My sister though I should start labeling them by how far along I am. Good idea sister! I was going to give you another belly shot, but then ended up spending my day tearing bushes and small trees out of the yard. Lord knows that's enough to knock any pregnant woman into a sleepy stupor. (Read as--I'm tired and feeling lazy.)

Baby is DEFINITELY sticking out now. I make husband rub coco-butter on my belly ever night. Since this is all his fault anyway. I mean H-E-L-L-O he did play at least a small part in the baby making fiasco. =D I figure I already have stretch marks from there is actually very little hope of making it through pregnancy without them. But. I don't rightly care. Next week is my ultrasound to find out the sex. Only one problem. I don't know if I want to. lol. Husband is no help either. I did discover today that another momma in the building is pregnant. Her due date is October 3rd. She's having a boy. Sadly she will be leaving to a bigger housing place (if all goes well by their plans) since this is their second child. I feel a little better knowing I'm not the only one in the building growing a baby.

My stomach occasionally likes to do some flips. Which I of course attribute to baby movement. Since I want to feel some baby movement! And on that news...I'm going to take a nap!

  1. How exciting!!! I already know I want to know the sex of the baby once I'm pregnant. But I have quite a few friends that waited until the Baby is born.

  2. thanks for the week number! Now I'm not confused:)

As for baby gender...I've done it both ways. I liked not knowing. It was fun that the kids could call the baby Tyler before he was born, but I liked the mystery. I love surprises! I have friends who loved knowing, though. I know that doesn't really help, but you'll figure it out...good luck! Love me an ultrasound!!!!!

  3. Yay! You should definitely find out...I can't stand the suspense! (meaning you should find out so you can share)
